In my most recent role, I have focused on the refurbishment and design of parts for the automotive and aerospace sectors. Additionally, I have been responsible for leading the development of integration projects.
In my latest position as a machinist, I focused on manufacturing the most complex and precise parts. Here, I created assembly, punching, and crimping tools for MMM, as well as various precision parts for Marelli. Additionally, I produced several types of consumables such as pulleys, brackets, and shaving chippers.
In my final stage at Daiflex, I worked on parts for welding tables, jigs for Honda, and tracks for Yaskawa Motoman, focusing on pieces with complex geometries. This included work with multi-stage presses, surface machining, and handling of parts and assemblies that exceeded the dimensions of the machining center.
During my time at SIMSAGS, I had the opportunity to work on spare parts, repairs, and machining using conventional lathes and milling machines, as well as universal milling machines. I also manufactured molds and dies using CNC machining centers.
During my initial stage at Daiflex, I focused primarily on automation projects and welding tables with many complex welded components. I also worked on mass production of certain components, small and medium-sized parts, as well as precision machining.
